Q: Where can I find the Splendid Skin app?
A: The Splendid Skin app is not located in the app store. To find the app, click the link below, and add it to your home screen for easy access. You can also scan our QR code at your next appointment to download the app to your phone.

Q: What is the Splendid Skin App?
A: Our app is a loyalty program for Splendid Skin, providing you with rewards for your visits, payment plans, and membership options!
Q: What does the “Check-In” button do?
A: Each time you arrive for your appointment at Splendid Skin, you are able to scan our QR code and tap the gold “Check-In” button. Each check-in gets you closer to receiving a new reward. For every third visit, you will unlock a new reward!
Q: How am I billed for the Splendid Skin Membership?
A: If you subscribe to one of our membership options, your billing is processed through the Splendid Skin app by RepeatMD.
Q: Is the Splendid Skin Membership worth it?
A: Even with the base-level, “Tox” membership, you save 20% off every toxin treatment. With the Silver, Gold or Platinum memberships, you receive 1 complimentary treatment per month (options are provided and discounts off other treatments!
Q: What if I want to cancel my membership?
A: All our memberships have a 90-day commitment and cannot be canceled prior to the completion of the 90-day term. If you subscribe to one of our membership options, your billing is processed through the Splendid Skin app by RepeatMD. Our office does not process these payments and cannot edit them. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must send an email to memberships@repeatmd.com.
