Jennifer Golin

Advanced Nurse Injector, BSN, RN, Owner

Jennifer Golin, our founder and owner, is a Registered Nurse and an Advanced Injector. Jennifer is a Nashville local having attended David Lipscomb high school and graduating from Belmont University with her BSN in Science of Nursing. She started her nursing career at Vanderbilt University Hospital where she worked for almost a decade. She entered into aesthetic nursing in 2007 working with a local Dermatologist. She later became a head nurse at two other local medical spas. In 2014 she branched out on her own starting Splendid Skin. In April 2018 she opened the doors to Splendid Skin in Franklin Tennessee. With over a decade of skin care, laser, and injectable experience, Jennifer has dedicated herself to providing comprehensive and quality care to her clients. She believes the value of her services are found in the details and is committed to providing an extraordinary experience to each of her clients. Jennifer believes each person is created with a unique physical artistry and her goal is to “simply enhance each individual’s natural beauty.” Jennifer resides in Franklin Tennessee with her husband Paul and their four children.

Courtney Hunt

Advanced Aesthetic Injector, NP

Courtney Hunt is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who brings over 10 years of nursing experience to the practice. Courtney began her career as an emergency room nurse and then obtained her master's degree and transitioned into aesthetic medicine. Courtney prides herself on continuing education and strives to provide the most up-to-date and quality care to her patients. She has been an advanced injector at Splendid Skin for over a year and has developed an enhanced appreciation for safety and attention to detail. In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, drinking coffee, and going to restaurants. As a mother of two, Courtney understands the importance of self-care and its role in overall health and wellness.

Amy Bannerman

Advanced Nurse Injector, RN

Amy Bannerman is an experienced Registered Nurse originally from Memphis. Amy has been “native” to Nashville for over 20 years. The last ten years of Amy’s career have included roles in dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetic nursing. Amy has loved working as an aesthetic nurse injector for the last 5 years. Amy’s motto is “Don’t change who you are, instead become the best version of yourself!”. Amy and her husband, Dana, have two teenage children, Brooks and Brinley. In her free time, Amy enjoys traveling, good food, exquisite wine, spending time with family and friends, or all four combined.

Ali Tripp

Ali Adkins

Advanced Aesthetician

Ali Tripp is Splendid Skin’s talented and beloved aesthetician. Ali graduated from the Aveda Institute in Nashville TN. In addition, Ali is also a certified Phlebotomist. Ali is a Nashville native and a graduate of Lipscomb Academy. Ali’s primary focus is a comprehensive approach to skincare, whether it be anti-aging, clarifying, or an overall skin boost. Ali specializes in Hydra Facials, Oxygen Facials, Dermaplaning, Peels, and Microneedling. When Ali is not making Splendid Skin's clients feel their best, she is spending time with her husband and baby girl, Emma.

Danielle Charles

Medspa Office Manager

Danielle Charles, also known as Dani, is the right-hand woman to our owner, Jennifer Golin, and manages all things Splendid Skin. She is responsible for office management, digital marketing, and business development. Danielle has always made it her mission to help women feel beautiful on the inside and out. She believes self care is one of the first steps to looking and feeling your absolute best. Danielle is a self-starter who thrives at increasing business efficiencies, connecting with the community, and cultivating growth. Danielle has lived in the Nashville area the majority of her life and loves to continuously explore it. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys traveling with her husband, scouting out new experiences with friends, and cozying up to a good book with her golden retriever.

Lesley Patterson

Client & Marketing Coordinator

Lesley Patterson joined Splendid Skin shortly after the Franklin branch was opened in 2018. Lesley is a Tennessee native, growing up in Franklin, TN, and graduating from Paige High School. Lesley has been at the front lines serving clients, organizing team operations, creating marketing content, and planning office events. When Lesley is not dedicating her time to supporting Splendid Skin’s customer service you can find her snuggling with her sweet baby girl or fishing with her fiancé.

Dr. Nicholas Tarola

Medical Director

Dr. Nicholas Tarola is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with extensive training in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breast and body. A native of Pennsylvania, Dr. Tarola graduated from Muhlenberg College and obtained his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia where he stayed to complete his residency in general surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. Finally, he moved with his wife and children to Nashville where he completed his plastic surgery training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
